Export Credits

Export Credit Beneficiaries

      Potential export credit beneficiaries are enterprises registered in the Republic of Macedonia , which capital is over 51% private, which show solid performance results and have concluded export agreements with known buyer and defined conditions for collection of the claims upon performed export.

Purpose

     Credits are intended for providing working capital for preparation of export-oriented production. Credits are approved on the basis of identified export inflow. Export arrangements should bring net positive effect.
     Credit participates with 85% in the estimated value of the export arrangement, and the exporter provides 15% of the funds out of its own resources.

Credit amount:
30.000 – 2.000.000 EUR
Repayment Period

 

Interest Rate

12 months

 

8.0%
(For the exporters who had insured the exports with MBDP, the interest rate is 7.5%)

Collateral

•  Mortgage on property
•  Pledge on movables
•  Creditworth securities
•  Other usual forms of collateral


General Procedure for Credit Approval

1.

End Beneficiary applies in one of the on lending banks.

2.

The on lending bank reviews the application and makes a decision.

3.

Approved credit applications are submitted to MBDP, for final approval.

4.

MBDP makes superanalysis and interview with the end beneficiary upon making the final approval.

5.

For the approved credit applications, the bank concludes credit agreements and disburses the funds.
