PUBLIC CALL TO BORROWERS OF "COVID 2" LOANS

Dear all,
 

In accordance with the Decision on amending and supplementing the Decision on the conditions and criteria for the reallocation of funds from compensation funds from foreign aid published in the Official Gazette of the RNM No. 121 of 03.06.2021, Development Bank of North Macedonia AD Skopje announces this public call, which offers the possibility for borrowers of loans from the second interest-free credit line "Covid 2", to submit a request for an extension of the grace period and the loan repayment term for 12 (twelve) months.

In view of the above, we invite you, within 7 days from the date of publication of this public call, to submit an electronic request to the Development Bank of North Macedonia AD Skopje for the extension of the grace period and the repayment period of the loan from "Covid 2 " credit line.
 

The request in Appendix 1 should contain the basic data for the borrower: name of the company-borrower, registration number of the company, number, and date of conclusion of the contract. The same should be signed by an authorized person with a stamp from the entity of the loan user and in scanned form (pdf or image) should be attached to the electronic form for submitting the request to DBNM.

The condition for submitting a request for an extension of the repayment term is that the borrowers should not have outstanding overdue obligations based on principal and interest, until 01.07.2021.
 

The call is valid as of June 18, 2021, which is the last day for submitting requests.

From the borrower ___________________________________________________________ (company name in the format: COMPANY NAME LLC/TC, city),

with Registered ID number ________________ ,  borrower of an interest-free loan from the "Covid 2" credit line,

with loan agreement number _________________________________ (agreement number in the format KF/Dir/0/XX) dated _________________ year.

 According to the opportunity given in the public call published on the website of the Development Bank of North Macedonia AD Skopje, we request to be granted an additional 12 (twelve) months grace period for the outstanding principal and to extend the loan repayment period based on the outstanding principal for the same period.

 We declare that we have no due and unpaid principal and interest on this loan.
