All domestic and foreign natural and legal persons have the right to participate. The right to participate in the public auction has the persons who will pay a monetary deposit in the amount of 10% of the initial price of the vehicle/vehicles for which they will bid.

Interested persons are obliged to pay the cash deposit to account 100000000035062 at the National Bank of the Republic of North Macedonia, no later than 4:00 p.m. the previous working day before holding the public auction.

The order number/numbers of the vehicles for which the interested persons will participate in the public auction are stated in the deposit payment slip.

Persons who have not paid a deposit in accordance with this point do not have the right to participate.

Employees of the Development Bank of North Macedonia AD Skopje and their immediate family members do not have the right to participate.

Persons interested in participating in the public bidding should fill out an application for participation, which is available on the website of DBNM Skopje:  https://www.mbdp.mk/Upload/Documents/prijava-fizichki-i-ili-pravni-lica.pdf. 

The application cannot be changed, and changing or not filling in all its elements will lead to the disqualification of its submitter from participating in the public bidding procedure.

Applications are submitted to the archive of the Development Bank of North Macedonia AD Skopje, no later than 4:00 p.m. the previous working day before holding the public bidding.

The oral public bidding will be held on October 28, 2022 (Friday) starting at 10:00 a.m., in the premises of the Development Bank of North Macedonia AD Skopje.

Inspection of the passenger motor vehicles that are the subject of the public bidding can be done every working day in the period from October 17, 2022, to October 26, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with prior notice at tel. 02/3115-844.

Oral public bidding will be done for each vehicle separately. The participants of the oral public bidding, who meet the conditions, should possess:

- certified power of attorney, if the natural person has an attorney;

- authorization for the representatives of legal entities and the current situation.

 The participant who offered the highest price at the oral public auction of the vehicle in question will be selected as the most favorable bidder.

The most favorable bidder is obliged to pay the remaining amount of the purchase price and conclude the contract for the purchase and sale of the property within five working days from the day of receipt of the decision for selection of the most favorable bidder.

If the most favorable bidder does not pay the funds within the specified period, the funds deposited for participation in the oral public bidding will not be returned.

Public fees, as well as notary costs, are borne by the most favorable bidder.

The deposit paid by the participants in the bidding will be returned to them after the end of the procedure.
