3. Right to participate in the oral public bidding:
All interested domestic and foreign natural and legal persons who can acquire property in the territory of the Republic of North Macedonia in accordance with the law and who meet the conditions according to this announcement for sale have the right to participate in the oral public bidding.
The application for participation in advertisement no. 1/2023 for the sale of real estate can be collected/downloaded from the Archives of the Development Bank of North Macedonia AD Skopje or from the DBNM website, www.mbdp.com.mk
The application together with the accompanying documentation for the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the oral public bidding should be submitted no later than 15 calendar days from the day following the day of publication of the announcement.
The guarantee for participation in the oral public bidding is to be paid to account 100000000035062, depositor National Bank of the Republic of North Macedonia, marked "guarantee for participation in the oral public bidding" (the number of the advertisement must be stated)
To the submitters of untimely, incomplete and defective applications, and to the bidders who were not selected at the public auction, the guarantee will be returned within 15 days from the day of the oral public auction, except for the bidder who offered the highest price to whom the amount of the guarantee will be calculated in the total selling price.
The deadline for payment of the guarantee for participation in the public auction is no later than 3 days before the day of holding the oral public auction.
Prior to oral public bidding, each bidder must submit proof of paid guarantee for oral public bidding, personal identification document, certificate of business ability for natural persons, and certified power of attorney for representatives of legal entities.
Bidding is to be done "in steps" with the value increasing with each step by 1% of the initial price of the real estate.
If the most favorable bidder does not pay the funds within the specified period, it will be considered that the real estate has not been sold and the guarantee for participation in the public auction will not be returned to the most favorable bidder.
The most favorable bidder undertakes to pay the sales tax that will arise as a liability after the concluded contract for the purchase and sale of real estate.
The costs for the transfer of ownership, the notary procedure, registration of the real estate in the Real Estate Cadastre Agency, and any other costs are borne by the most favorable bidder.
