As a bank whose main goal is to support and encourage the development of the Macedonian economy in accordance with the strategic policies, goals and priorities of the state, Development Bank of North Macedonia during the last month took part in the info sessions regarding the challenge "With digital transformation to innovation" organized by The Fund for Innovation and Technological Development and the Program for Increasing Market Employability – IME, supported by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC).

During the info sessions held in the Chamber of Commerce of Northwest Macedonia, Fintech Hub Bitola, SEEU Tech Park Tetovo and the final online info session, representatives of DBNM informed the attendees about the findings and recommendations from the Analysis of needs for financing digitization of the small and medium-sized companies in RNM, developed for the needs of the bank and in accordance with the Strategy for SMART specialization of the RNM Government.

Taking into account that the analysis resulted in the need for a specialized credit line for financial support of digitization processes at companies, Development Bank is working on the introduction of a credit line for digitization intended for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises on more favorable terms, about which the public will be notified in a timely manner .
