On the occasion of World Savings Day, October 31, the Macedonian Banking Association awarded recognition for special results achieved in the work of officials nominated by banks, savings banks, the KIBS Clearing House, and the Macedonian Credit Bureau.
Nadica Pavlichkovska and Gabriela Dimitrievska are the two employees from the Development Bank of North Macedonia JSC Skopje who received the award for best bank employees for 2025.
Gabriela Dimitrievska has been employed at the Development Bank of North Macedonia for 15 years in the Legal and General Affairs Division. She performs her work with full dedication and professionalism. Regarding the award, she says, "This award is significant and it is my pleasure because it marks the recognition of my hard work, collegiality, and teamwork. At the same time, I express my gratitude to the Managing Board of the Bank and my colleagues for the selection."
Nadica Pavlichkovska: "It is a great honor for me to receive the award - Employee of the Year. As an employee of the Development Bank of North Macedonia for 21 years in the Finance, Accounting, Payment Operations, and Liquidity Division, this recognition is confirmation for me that hard work, perseverance, and positive energy always bring results. "This award motivates me to continue with even greater dedication. I express my great gratitude to my colleagues, and especially to the management team."
