Public Calls

1. Subject of sale:

The vehicles are for sale in as-is condition with no right to later complaints. To view movable property, interested parties can contact us at the telephone number 02/3115-844.

2. Starting price:
The vehicles are to be sold individually or as a whole, with a starting price that represents an estimated value and amounts to 153,275.00 denars for vehicle 1), and 302,580.00 denars for vehicle 2).

3. Right to participate in the sale procedure:
All legally capable individuals and legal entities who have paid the guarantee. DBNM employees and their immediate family members are not entitled to participate.

4. Method of submitting bids:
Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, marked: "BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF PASSENGER MOTOR VEHICLES - DO NOT OPEN"

- Number and date of the published announcement

- Offered price in denars with indication of the ordinal number of the vehicle to which the offer relates

- Proof of paid guarantee

- Name and surname / Name of bidder

- Address and contact phone number

- Identification number for a natural person/ Tax number for a legal entity

- Signature (and stamp, if a legal entity)

5. Deadline and place for submission of bids
Deadline for submission of bids: 16. 2.2026, 16:00 hours.
Place of submission: Skopje, Dimitrie Chupovski Str. No. 26 (Bank's headquarters).
Bids submitted after the deadline and bids from bidders who have not paid the guarantee will not be considered.

6. Opening and selection of bids
The public opening of bids will be held on 20. 2.2026 at 12.00 hours, at the premises of DBNM, Dimitrie Chupovski Str. No. 26, Skopje.
The bid with the highest offered price will be considered the most favorable.
The seller reserves the right not to accept any offer without obligation to provide an explanation.

7. Conditions for participation in the sales procedure:
Proof of paid guarantee.

8. Guarantee for participation in the sales procedure:
The guarantee for participation in the sales procedure is 10% of the starting price of the vehicle for which the bid is submitted.
The participation guarantee is paid to the account no. 100000000035062, depositor National Bank of the Republic of North Macedonia, with the indication "Guarantee for participation in the sales procedure." (It is mandatory to state the number of the announcement and the vehicle for which the bid is submitted).
The deposit guarantee will be returned to the submitters of untimely, incomplete, and incorrect applications and to the bidders whose bid is not accepted, within 3 working days from the date of the public opening of the bids, except for the bidder who offered the highest price, for whom the amount of the guarantee will be calculated into the total sales price.
The deadline for payment of the participation guarantee is no later than 1 day before the public opening of bids.
