Export Loan from DBNM

Objective of the loan:

Funds from the loans are approved to support exports.


Purpose of the loan:

Financing of working capital for preparation of production intended for export and for working capital after export.


Sources of funds:

From own funds.


Eligible beneficiaries:

Commercial companies with over 51% private ownership and which are registered in R. North Macedonia.



Terms and conditions of the loan:


Single loan amount for the final borrower:

Minimum: 15,000 EUR   

Maximum: 2,000,000 EUR
Repayment period:

Up to 2 years
Interest rate for the borrowers:

6% per year
Variable interest rate for the final borrower:

3.75% per annum (currently)
Manner of repayment:

Monthly repayment, quarterly repayment, semi-annual repayment, or repayment according to a specifically determined and predefined plan
Eligible beneficiaries:
  • Entities that in the current year compared to the previous year have an increased volume of operations and exports,
  • Subjects that have invested in modernization, energy saving, environmental protection,
  • Entities that have increased the number of employees,
  • Entities that have good market competitiveness (operating income greater than operating expenses, current liquidity greater than 0.8).
Bans and exclusions:

Funding of:

  • Weapons production
  • Games of chance
  • Activities that have a negative impact on the environment
  • Cloning

Required documents:

  • Loan Application
  • Company information from the Central Registry of the Republic of North Macedonia
  • Copy of the proof for ownership of the offered collateral and its evaluation
  • Annual statements for minimum of the last two years
  • List of largest debtors and creditors to the final borrower
  • List of the management bodies’ members, size of company, number of employees, parts of the entity in the country and abroad
