DBNM Permanent Working Capital Loans

Objective of the loan:

Loan funds shall be used to provide support to the enterprises in permanent working capital.


Purpose of the loan:

 Purchasing permanent working capital.


Sources of funds:

DBNM’s own funds.


Eligible beneficiaries:

Potential beneficiaries may be the companies in private ownership, registered in the Republic of North Macedonia.



Terms and conditions of the loan:


Single loan amount for the final borrower:

The minimum amount of EUR 30.000

The minimum amount of EUR 300.000
Repayment period:

Up to 3 years with a grace period of 6 months included
Fixed interest rate for the final borrower:

6,5% p.a.
Variable interest rate for the final borrower:

3,75% p.a. (at the moment)
Manner of repayment:

Monthly repayment, quarterly repayment, semi-annual repayment or repayment according to a plan which is specifically fixed and defined in advance
Priority final borrowers:
  • Entities which have enhanced their work and export in the current year,
  • Entities which have invested in modernization, energy saving and environment protection,
  • Entities which have increased the number of employees,
  • Entities which have good market competitiveness (operating income larger than operating expense, current liquidity higher than 0.8).
Bans and exclusions:
Projects for: 
  • Production of weapons
  • Gambling and betting activities
  • Activities which have adverse impact on environment
  • Cloning

Required documents:

  • Loan Application and Business Plan / Investment Programme
  • Company information from the Central Registry of the Republic of North Macedonia
  • Copy of the proof for ownership of the offered collateral and its evaluation
  • Annual statements for minimum of the last two years
  • List of largest debtors and creditors to the final borrower
  • List of the management bodies’ members, size of company, number of employees, parts of the entity in the country and abroad
